At this time, international shipping availability (if offered) may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Mystyra is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Mystyra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will assist you in initiating a carrier inquiry when possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.
