Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated when possible.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Carrier processing

  • Destination

  • Seasonal or carrier-related delays

We do not guarantee delivery dates.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on order size, destination, and shipping method selected.

Mystyra is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability (if offered) may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly due to customs processing.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Mystyra is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at merlin@mystyra.com.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Mystyra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will assist you in initiating a carrier inquiry when possible.


Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.


Policy Relationship

This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service shall control.
